Die VCSV se hoofkantoor is geleë in die geskiedkundige kern van die pragtige Bolandse dorp, Stellenbosch. Al die nasionale aktiwiteite van die VCSV word vanaf hierdie kantoor gekoördineer. Die nasionale kantoor is verantwoordelik vir die administrasie, uitvoerende bestuur en finansiële bestuur van die vereniging en sake rakende die regspersoon van die vereniging word hier hanteer.
