Hoekom die VCSV jou donasie so nodig het
Die VCSV is ’n geloofsorganisasie en afhanklik van donateurs vir die grootste deel van sy inkomste.
Ons beleid is dat elke afdeling en projek alle uitgawes uit sy eie inkomste moet dek. Elke afdeling en projek het dus sy eie begroting en fondsinsamelingstrategie.
Omdat die VCSV meestal dienste lewer aan kinders (waarvan baie uit arm gemeenskappe kom) is dit onmoontlik om naastenby al die uitgawes te dek uit die geld wat die kinders kan betaal.
Die VCSV maak ook meestal van jongmense gebruik in sy bediening aan ander jongmense en kinders. Hulle is bereid om hulle jeugdigheid, energie en entoesiasme te gee, maar leun swaar op welwillende donateurs om aan hulle die middele te gee om projekte suksesvol deur te voer.
Why UCSA needs your donation
UCSA is a faith organisation and is dependent on donors for the largest part of its income.
Our policy is that every section and project must cover all costs from its income. Every section and project therefore has its own budget and fundraising strategy.
UCSA ministers to children (many of whom are from poor and needy communities), and these children cannot possibly generate sufficient funds to cover costs.
UCSA also uses young people in its ministry to young people and children. These young people give their youth, their considerable energies and their boundless enthusiasm, but they are dependent on donors for funds to run their projects successfully.
