Sponsor a child to go to a camp

Camps are an extremely effective way to minister to children, and we believe wholeheartedly that the Lord Jesus touches children’s hearts at camps as nowhere else. We see many examples of this at every camp.

UCSA organises the following camps:

  • Camps for group leaders
  • Leadership training
  • Grade 7 camps
  • Holiday camps
  • Branch camps
  • Team building
  • Adventure camps
  • National camps

We invite you to help a child to go to one of our camps. Many children would dearly love to go, but do not have the financial means for it. By helping one child, you can change a life, which can have a ripple effect and change a family, a school and even a community. Our camps prices vary from R280 - R600 (depends on the lenght of the camp)

To sponsor a child  follow these three easy steps:

Step 1: Choose the province whose children you want to sponsor for a camp: Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Northen Cape, Free State, KZN or the North (Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Northwest and Limpopo) or sponsor a child for the National Camp.

Step 2: Fill in this donor's form.

Step 3: Send the details of your payment arrangement to Nadine Arendse (details on form) or make a direct payment.

Sponsor a service year student

UCSA gives young people the opportunity to give a year of their lives for the work of the Lord. During this year we train them and help them to make a difference in a broken world, to be the hands and feet that make a difference. Read more about Service Year.

We invite you to be part of this project. Many young people want to become involved and make a difference in the world, but do not have the financial means to do so.

Each team member needs to find more or less R37 500 for the year. These funds are used for their living costs for the year, e.g. accommodation, meals, training, team clothes, travelling (petrol as well as vehicle installments), insurance, equipment, administration.

Donations to this project are tax deductible

Without your prayers and financial support projects such as these would be impossible. Thank you for your support!

To sponsor a student follow these three easy steps:

Step 1: Choose the student you want to sponsor, and make sure of their name and student number.

Step 2: Fill in this donor's form.

Step 3: Send the details of your payment arrangement to Nadine Arendse (details on form) or make a direct payment.

Sponsor a holiday outreach student

Holiday outreaches have been part of UCSA’s student ministry for more than 110 years.

Twenty-five teams are sent to various holiday resorts all over the country during the December holidays, to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to people of all ages in a way that speaks to the people of our day and age.

We invite you to be part of this project. Many young people want to become involved and make a difference in the world, but do not have the financial means to do so.

Each student has to pay a certain amount to pay for their accommodation, transport, meals and equipment. This amount can be anything between R700 and R3000, depending on the size of the team, the distance they have to travel and the resort to which they are sent.

Without your prayers and financial support projects such as these would be impossible. Thank you for your support!

To sponsor a student follow these three easy steps:

Step 1: Choose the team whose team members you would like to help.

Step 2: Fill in this donor's form.

Step 3: Send the details of your payment arrangement to Nadine Arendse (details on form) or make a direct payment.
