Find a time slot for weekly or biweekly meetings.

Decide whether you will have general meetings or meet in small groups, or have a combination.

Choose group leaders.

Train the group leaders (UCSA can help with this).

Support and lead the group leaders.

Provide the material to be used at meetings (UCSA has various options).

Organise a branch camp (UCSA can help).

Receive invitations to regional meetings and events.
