Representative
The National Board serves as the governing body that provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to the provincial boards across the country. Comprising nine dedicated members, each one represents a specific province, ensuring that regional voices and needs are considered in national decision-making. These representatives are elected by their respective provincial boards and bring with them a wealth of experience in leadership, community service, and faith-based initiatives. Together, they work collaboratively to unify efforts, support local initiatives, and uphold the values and mission of the organisation on a national level.

Eastern Cape Board
Representative
The Eastern Cape Board provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for Christian campsites and related ministries within the Eastern Cape province. Made up of five committed members, the board works collaboratively to support local initiatives, encourage spiritual growth, and foster unity among camps and Christian organisations in the region. Each member brings unique strengths and a shared passion for ministry, youth development, and community impact. Together, they serve to ensure that the vision and mission of the organisation are effectively carried out within the Eastern Cape, while also aligning with the broader goals of the national movement.

Free State Board
Representative
The Free State Board is responsible for guiding and supporting Christian campsites and ministries across the Free State province. Comprising four dedicated members, the board works closely to promote spiritual development, regional collaboration, and effective leadership within the Christian camping community. One of the board’s members also serves as the Chairperson of the National Board, providing a vital link between provincial efforts and national strategy. This dual role strengthens the Free State’s voice on a broader scale and ensures strong alignment with the organisation’s overall mission. Together, the board members bring a deep commitment to faith, service, and growth throughout the province.

Kwa Zulu-Natal Board

The KwaZulu-Natal Board plays a vital role in strengthening and connecting Christian campsites, ministries, and organizations across the province. With a strong emphasis on community engagement and spiritual formation, the board provides guidance, support, and strategic direction tailored to the needs of the region. Northern Region Board

The Northern Region Board provides strategic leadership and governance for the provinces of Gauteng, Limpopo, and North-West. This board plays a vital role in uniting and supporting the efforts of local ministries, campsites, and organisations within these three provinces. Comprising four dedicated members, the board ensures that the unique needs and opportunities of each province are represented and addressed. These members bring a diverse range of experience in Christian leadership, youth development, and regional coordination.
